• Air Dry: After washing, reshape and place on a towel to air dry. Avoid direct sunlight and heat sources to preserve the color and integrity of the yarn.
• Avoid Heat: Any use of excessive heat WILL melt, damage, and warp the yarn. Please refrain from using ANY kind of heat on your plushies to best preserve their look.

Please note that wait times for orders may vary based on the availability of materials and the volume of incoming orders. While we strive to fulfill your order as quickly as possible, please allow up to a 45 days from ordering for your order to be shipped out due to the products being entirely handmade.

Once your item has shipped, delivery times will depend on the carrier. If your item is damaged or lost during shipping, please contact the delivery carrier directly to resolve the issue before reaching out to us.
